After filing my claim, I was contacted quickly by Urban Worx who scheduled a technician to come look it the next day. After determining it needed to be replaced I was contacted and set up a replacement at my earliest convenience. Through the process I was in constant communication via text message and email as well as phone calls. The day of installation the technician Olivia arrived promptly within their window and installed it within a few hours. Olivia was kind and courteous and did an unbelievable job replacing my water heater.
