After determining it needed to be replaced I was contacted and set up a replacement at my earliest convenience. Through the process I was in constant communication via text message and email as well as phone calls. The day of installation the technician Olivia arrived promptly within their window and installed it within a few hours. Olivia was kind and courteous and did an unbelievable job replacing my water heater. I would absolutely use Urban Worx again and would refer anyone who asked.
