After determining it needed to be replaced I was contacted and set up a replacement at my earliest convenience. The day of installation the technician Olivia arrived promptly within their window and installed it within a few hours. They got Jesse out right away to take a look at our leaking water heater, and he got the process started. Taryn made communication so easy every time I called in (which was a lot, thank you Taryn!!), and answered all my questions, along with Mike.Luis and Eric came out to put the new water heater in and haul the old one away, and they were both efficient and thorough.
