Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was given this company by a warranty service. Based on past experiences with warranty companies, sometimes the people that they send out are not ones you would hire if given the choice. I can’t say that this time as Amanda was very considerate, she diagnosed the problem immediately and was even willing to standby while I contacted the warranty company over a glitch we had in the repair order.

Expert AC Repair Services & High-Efficiency AC Installation Services
in Palm Desert

I used Urban Worx through my home insurance to replace a broken water heater with a slow leak. After filing my claim, I was contacted quickly by Urban Worx who scheduled a technician to come look it the next day. After determining it needed to be replaced I was contacted and set up a replacement at my earliest convenience. Through the process I was in constant communication via text message and email as well as phone calls. The day of installation the technician Olivia arrived promptly within their window and installed it within a few hours. Olivia was kind and courteous and did an unbelievable job replacing my water heater. I would absolutely use Urban Worx again and would refer anyone who asked.

I love Urban Worx! Very professional company from top to bottom. Service is great. Joshua and Nathanial are very nice technicians. Respectful, nice and explains everything in detail (granted I have no clue how these machines works). Love the updated texts and emails when the technician will arrive at your home. From the Owners, technicians and the appointment person, this company is rated top of the top in my boon

We went through Urban Worx with our home warranty company, and I am absolutely blown away by their service and communication and kindness. They got Jesse out right away to take a look at our leaking water heater, and he got the process started. Taryn made communication so easy every time I called in (which was a lot, thank you Taryn!!), and answered all my questions, along with Mike.Luis and Eric came out to put the new water heater in and haul the old one away, and they were both efficient and thorough. Eric took great care to make sure that we had hot water before he headed out. Thank you for everything!
